On October 29th, 2021, the star guest in Customer Value Club was Tuula Antola, the director of the Espoo Region Joint Authority for Education (Omnia), discussing the prioritization of customer value.

Tuula Antola took over the leadership of Omnia in September 2021. With ten years of experience as the Economic Development Director of Espoo, previous involvement in founding several startup companies, innovating, and working as a headhunter, she brings perspective to the prioritization of customer value within the educational consortium.

Omnia offers a vast range of education: vocational degrees, high school studies, courses, coaching, workshops, immigrant integration programs, and more. Omnia believes in the desire and ability of customers to learn. The broad spectrum of customers, including various stakeholder groups, challenges the prioritization of customer value and the management of value networks.

In the recording, Tuula reflects on, among other things:

What kind of competitive advantage does Omnia as an educational consortium aim for?

How is the customer value of education defined when individuals have diverse personal learning paths and educational needs?

How does the creation and management of transparent value networks contribute value throughout society?

The recording is in Finnish.
